Here are two sample phonics books and their activity sheets -- the first book from the Beginner phonics book set, and the first book from the Intermediate book set.

Beginner Phonics Book One:  Teaches short vowel "a" and that "s" is sometimes pronounced as "z" (has, as, etc.).

 

Intermediate Phonics Book One: Teaches the "th" "sh" and "ch" digraphs  (a digraph is when two letters make one sound together).
